Please read the following notes carefully as they will save your time and ours:

The Guild is run on a part-time basis and as much information as possible will be put on the website.  For general information including how to apply, please see the details in this site or download the prospectus and application form.  We do not send the prospectus by post, but in case of difficulty email info@holliance.org with the word "prospectus" in the subject line and we will email you a copy.

If you wish to find a member in your location, please see the membership database which is going live soon and which will be accessible from the "members" page of this site.  We do not give information on members by phone, email or post.

All enquiries which cannot be answered in the prospectus or website can be handled by email to info@holliance.org

However if you wish to know if you are eligible for membership or certification, or have queries of a similar nature, they can only be dealt with by email and you should send us a copy of your curriculum vitae or resume and any other relevant details.

Changes to your membership details (change of name, address, services offered, cancellation of your database entry, etc ) can only be dealt with by letter or fax for security and data protection reasons and must be signed and contain your full former details as well as the new ones. A signed, scanned and emailed letter will be accepted.
